定番はホットワイン？柚子チェッロお湯割？

今年になってホットワインの仕込みをしてみました所、ワインにハーブの香りが染み出してとても良い感じになっております。 Blue Reefでもう１つの冬の定番は、4年前より作っている自家製柚子チェッロのお湯割です。 こちらは少しレモンを絞った甘酸っぱい、「柚子風呂」の様な？！元気の出る一杯でとても人気です。 すぐ出せて、心もホッとするこの２つのドリンクの他に、暖かい林檎のカクテル、ホットオレンジカクテル、アイリッシュコーヒー、ホットウィスキー、ホットバタードラム、ホットベイリーズミルク、ホットチョコレートカクテルなど、ホットカクテルもバラエティに富んでおります。 また、暖かいノンアルコールカクテルも多数お作りできます。 皆様に暖かいドリンクも是非試して頂きたいです。
This year, I tried to prepare hot wine and found that the aroma of herbs began to seep into the wine, making it a very good feeling. 皆様、今年も大変お世話になりました。 皆様に支えられ今年も最終営業日まで辿り着く事が出来ました。 12月のはじめに、とあるお客様のご協力により、 Bar Blue Reefのホームページを立ち上げ、このブログを始める運びとなりました。 まだまだ、不慣れな事も沢山ございますが、皆様に「バーの文化の楽しさを知ってもらいたい！」「バーで飲む！を楽しもう！」をテーマに情報を発信して行けたらと思います。 今後もどうぞBar Blue Reefをよろしくお願い致します。 一年間ありがとうございます。 新年もどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。
